Is it really?

Is it really Arjun's baby? it's not Onir's and he definitely knows.. I'm guessing he would know whose baby this is but he doesn't know about Arjun and Purvi.. plus They are married because Onir keeps saying they are married but he said something about telling the family and Purvi said no which is not their marriage because right after that he said I had to come for my wife.. I'm guessing the kid is totally some next person's it could be a surrogate mother issue or something like that you never know..😕
