First of all:

1. Indu's situation was not good and she was ill.

2. Secondly, LW entry is must required for Indu's recovery and rishi depended on zara asking her to bring back LW back to save Indu.

3. But at the same time, zara came as LW. If Indu have come to know abt this exchange, then again she would have become ill and start scolding Zara.

4. Rishi didn't know abt the background of why she came as LW and still knowingly he didn't disclosed the fact that she is not LW.

5. During this situation, zara said that "Kuch Ulta seeda ho jata Indira Ko", this made him still more depressed and he slapped her.

Still do u need more reasons?

This is the thinking and serious factor. Its normal to get angry in that situation.

she was showing concern for indira..

Why didn't zara think abt the rishi's condition after LW entry. Rishi is suffering a lot after LW entry than zara and struck b/w 2 wifes and daugter. If he loves zara also it's a problem for u and if he does not love also it is a problem. What do u expect him to do?

Zara thought abt her insecurity and not supported rishi though he said he love her still and indira as her zimedari.
