Sex of a girl/boy is determined by a father...so why this injustice...when both husband and mother-in-law were pressurizing her to give a boy to this family....😕

Well, actually it is determined by both mother and father. It's true the father's sperm determines the sex of the child, but it's the mother's womb that determines which sperm she can keep, that is, the boy or girl one.

In any case, it is a natural process so I don't like the husband's/mother-in-law's ideas either.

Ur right cuz the guy is the one who gives the Y chromosome (the mother cant do this); so yeah, i dont get why either.😕

Actually the sex is determined ONLY by the father. The mother's womb does NOT decide which sperm she can keep. It all depends on which sperm (XX or XY) reaches the egg first to fertilize it. The womb does not determine anything.
