From today I am embarking on a series of scenes which I am nuts about in this show
In every scene I want to analyze the nuances, the acting, the directorial touch, the flaws if any and the highlights.
I picked this scene first...this scene made me join the forum, because I saw Khushi bashed royally after this.

In this scene Sanaya and Barun looked at their best.
Look at the way Khushi is so confident and chirpy after the dance. Yes she gatecrashed and we have fought enough about who is right or wrong...Arnav for not inviting her to her own sister's party, or Khushi for gatecrashing and making his party desi.
But look at her smile of confidence at the beginning.
And then Arnav accuses her of forgetting she had been engaged, saying hurtful things, like he expected this of her. She is dancing and entertaining people when she her engagement broke just a week ago.
He is so quick to judge her and condemn her, letting his jealousy over NK drive him further, mindless lashing at her.
Barun was brilliant in his anger.
Look at Sanaya's expressions, as her face changes from a smile, to a look of shock, to sadness and then anger as she walks away.
Look at the way Khushi gives it back to him, telling him that she just danced in the party, and the party itself was hosted by the person whose engagement broke a week ago too, Arnav himself.
Look at the change of Arnav's expressions, his guilt.
This was Khushi at her strongest and sharpest, the Khushi we missed later.
This was Arnav at his haughtiest and cruelest, an Arnav who gradually changed and then changed so much in Sheetal track.
Everything in this scene was good...

...And this scene remains a favourite for me, in terms of the sheer emotional quotient.
