i have witnessed one program which made winner ravi voice of india on star plus...it was devloped by local college guy for automate voting for him in jodhpur and every cyber cafe was booked for late night voting and at last website gets overhang and they apppiled IP restrtiction which that guy passed in two days😉..automate voting can be done ..trust me..thats the other story that bb counts votes or not😉
