I have two things I want to get off my chest:
1) I don't think it is fair at all that the reaction about Sanaya possibly coming back with a new show is mostly negative. What happened to supporting them both? I thought people would be happy to see Sanaya back yet so far, I've seen people bashing the channel, the PH, the co-star, the story, pretty much everything about the rumored show. It makes me sad to see the lack of support for Sanaya.
Because every time I came on this forum after IPK ended, I remembered Sanaya's tears on the last day of the show. It was the same thing back then, the lack of support for her, no one cared about what she wanted. Is it always that way for the female? Sad world we live in. It must have been a huge shock to her when a show so close to her heart suddenly got shut down due to the demands of a bunch of people who didn't contribute or work as hard as she did for it.
Anyway, the show has barely been off air a month and already Sanaya is back. Most actors take months to a year to get a new show. Its good that her talent didn't go unnoticed.
2) The second thing is all the negativity surrounding the PH. I understand why everyone loves to bash 4 Lions. I've done it relentlessly too. I think their PR sucks, they are not very professional and they have a hard time maintaining a storyline beyond a year.
But I won't dismiss their positives. 4Lions shows gain a cult following and make their lead pair super popular. Their concepts are refreshing for Indian television. The chemistry between their lead pair is always phenomenal because of the way the story and scenes are written. Then comes the downfall. Fans become obsessed in an unhealthy manner. The expectations become too much and when they eventually want to end it, people go crazy. So you have to give 4Lions credit because clearly they do something right if they can bring out such extreme reactions from fans.
Now Sanaya has not yet made her decision. For whatever reason, she likes working with 4Lions and obviously they have all spoken highly of her. But its a good thing she has many offers and can choose what she feels is best for her. I still hope she will chooses the SP show in the end but if she chooses 4Lions, I will support her wholeheartedly as a fan because I trust her judgment.
