He will lose the case. The custody is usually given to the mother. Also, the law will be looking at both, the mother and father's track record and how much each of them contributed towards the child, in this case, Ansh. It has always been his mother who brought him up and looked after him since he was born. The father did not even know what he looked like. Therefore, it is very likely that Prashant will lose. Having said that, this is a soap, and you never know what the cvs are thinking...

I do not even know on what basis is this Prashant gonna argue for custody since he left Aarti when she was pregnant (he is aware that she is pregnant then) and has not made any contact with Ansh at all in the past 5 years...

He will loose becoz tecnically they will ask from the child as well cout also sees the financial status of both the parents and here prasant is vella means vo sirf ghomta rhata aur ladkia takta hai uske pass aur koi kam toh hai nahi...
