Hey guys!
This is my first post on the Qubool Hai forum and I'm really not fluent in Hindi or Urdu so, please bare with me. I'm really trying to grasp it all. I just wanted to hear what you all think about it. I trust everyone, so sorry in advance if there is anything wrong with the post.

Lately, I been feeling confused and having difficulty understanding the show. I mean to me it feels like it is not realistic at all. I was really interested in this show because of having a Muslim backdrop and I was really, really interested in the whole Islamic religion. The show's description is what really got me interested too.

Qubool Hai is about a journey of life, its trials and tribulations and acceptance of one's fate. It is said that God gives us the strength to change what we can and the courage to accept what we can't...some have the courage to accept what we can't ...some have it and some don't have it in them to accept the change...but eventually the journey to accept what God has given us is the essence of Qubool Hai.

Zoya's character needs to be a little more defined. I mean the fact that she is in India on a mission to find her father in some stranger's house, okay I get that, it a serial. But her behavior or personality is really kind of scattered. Yes, I agree to the fact that she should break the rules hear and then, wear jeans and tops, be louder and a little annoying , messy and outspoken. But arguing all this doesn't mean that she wouldn't be a girl that loves the only family she has, she respect them, cares for them and is considerate. She should have been maybe a little more respectful, wanting to help, understanding and considerate of what she does in some stranger's house. If she really wanted to behave the way she is, she might as well stayed at a hotel. I feel that her mind set is so much younger that her real acting age is. And believe me just because she is from New York doesn't mean anything at all because India is trying to follow the same tread as the US. I'm not saying that she should really completely change her personality, I'm just saying that it doesn't place the puzzles together, its like forcing them together.

Asad's character is really hypocritical for me. He says things and the complete opposite is true. He tries to "correct" Zoya and her "Mrs. New Yorker" attitude when he has a brother that does thing that Asad might not agree to or like. He is being really harsh and rude to Zoya, the person he really doesn't know, and Aryaan, the person he loves, protects, and guides, he lets him do whatever he would like. There is a reason he's Ami allowed him to take control of the house because she trusted he would make the right decisions and listen and hear people out. I don't know what to say more about it his character because it bothers me the fact that a really educated, strong, and well-developed individual is so narrow minded.

I think the whole serial should speed up their story line a bit more because there is no need for unnecessary detailing of childish Zoya's imagination of Asad being a spy. I think they should develop a story line and characters that are defined and a bit more realistic. I really would like to see some type of progression on Zoya's and Asad chemistry or whatever they really have planned for the show.

Tell me what you guys think of all of this and what is on your mind. Please remember this is my first post here on this forum, I don't want anything to be disrespectful or rude.

Happy New Year! 🥳
