I was visited another forum and they had a really good characters game…. It is where you type a characters name and another person describes the person with one or two words. You type down the first thing that pops in your head about the character and then type a new character for someone else to describe.
E.g.

Harry Potter
Alia writes
Brave
Hermione
Sam writes
Smart
Ronald

Sweet
So on and so forth
