Can someone help me with this question? I can't understand him. All the time he looks sexually frustrated. He always wants to touch Imam and Sana all the time😡🤢 Does he have feelings for both?

He cries all the time like a woman, can't fight properly with Sapna or Urvashi, wants to kiss Sana all the time, wants to be physical with her but at the same time, he loves to touch Imam and Niketan. i am very confused. 😳
