well i only know the singer is NOOR JEHAN...

its not a film i think its a album or sumthing...

hey this song was sung by various artists...and one of them is Richa Sharma....you can search for her....may be you can find it on ragga.com or smashits.com....it is indeed a beautiful song... 😉
