yah i know...she needs to get over the dokhlas lol....but yah what are dokhlas..im punjabi..so ive never had it..its a gujrati dish right

Hey you guys, I am eating dhokla as I am writing in this forum.
How come you all forgot to mention Gor Papdi that Tulsi and Baa used to make and even send it to America (to Hemant, Kiran and even Mihir)

me too don't know what is dhokla? is't something like roti or pancakes?..the dhokla name is rather funny 😆 😆 😆

All non-Gujrati people...

Dhokla is made from rice and black gram skinless...

we need to put the mixture for 8-10 hours and then have to steam the batter by pouring it into plates...

When they are cooked.. they are really soft.. tastes really nice.

I do not want to write the recipe here 😊

But in short it is one kind of side dish.
