Even if the new secret keeper isn't Snape, the OoTP would not go back as Snape still knows about the old location, and now based on their latest info, he's on the Dark Side, so he's still a threat to them.

I think even if Snape knows the old location, he can't inform others as he is not the secret keeper....

Remember Dumbledore told Harry at the end of book 5 that Kreacher was not able to inform Malfoys' about the head quaters as he was not the secret keeper....

Anyways the whole concept is confusing..........

Ish, it could be Harry -- but then shouldn't Harry know that he's the Secret Keeper? I mean he might be less cautious if he didn't know he was the Secret Keeper. Or maybe he finds out in seven. Actually, yes, I think the secret dies with the Secret Keeper. I considered Snape because for some reason I just don't think Snape is evil... Dumbledore trusted him so much, and I think he planned his death -- so if I go according to that, then Dumbledore might have transferred the secret to Snape, because he wanted Snape to kill him.

It's all so confusing.

hmm...i'm not sure wat's gonna happen to this secret keeper thing, but its an interesting thought...i wonder if the secret died with him, but since DD is cautious abt everything, i'm pretty sure he had a secret keeper...who? could Mcgonagall be it? which ADULT does he trust? Snape is the only one who comes to mind.......i dunno...very confusing...yet interesting

Actually, Dumbledore seems to trust everyone!! 😆
