Bosco To Direct Sushant Singh Rajput

A few weeks ago, we had reported in this column that Sushant Singh Rajput had signed a two-film deal with Disney UTV, and after Kai Po Che!, the actor is entitled to do another film with the corporate house.

Well, Rajput's second film with the studio will be a remake of South Korean blockbuster My Girlfriend Is An Agent. The film will be jointly produced by the studio and director Imtiaz Ali. It will also mark the debut of choreographer Bosco as director. The movie is a romantic-action comedy and is expected to go on the floors in the second half of 2013.

Yoyo!!!! Sushant is rocking everywhere good to see that big producer's are running behind him,Bosco is great director n i want Kat to be opposite Sush.

Thanks for sharing! :) Finally we will get to see Sushant in a dance number which is guaranteed to be nothing short of amazing.

Bosco as a director.. umm.. I have my doubts.. but UTV has produced many movies with debutant directors and all of them were well directed and received (Aamir, Shaitan to name a few), so I'm willing to trust UTV and give him a chance as well.

Hope this one does well too. After those mindless action flicks, finally we will get an action film with a real story, for once. :D

About Kat being in the film, is this speculation, hearsay or are there articles to confirm the same? Cos I read that Kat has only one film in 2013?

Niki i hope kat is not in the film. ppl in bw forum saying that shahid and deepika rumoured to be sign this film. so is deepika doing the film?

Nothing can be said for sure. This film has been in the pipeline since long. I was googling about on it, and read that the first article on this came up in Nov. 2011. Since then, things seem to have changed- like Shahid replaced by Sushant and Bosco allotted as the director. Shahid Deepika may have been approached or considered for this movie but not signed.

I have not heard of Deepika talking of this role in her current list of projects- or maybe she's just trying to keep mum on it right now. Who knows.

Waise I read the synopsis of the movie on wikipedia. (I can post it here if you guys are inquisitive) Seems interesting and different from other action movies. But its the heroine who is supposed to be the one trained in all martial art forms and not the hero. Sigh! I hope UTV twist the story a little and make Sushant do the stunts. :D

Of course he will be having stunts- lots of them in fact- cos the role is that of a spy. But the hard core martial arts stunts will be done by the female lead, I guess.
