Its wrong to say that he can't see past his pain, when throughout yesterday the guy ,instead of thinking about what he was going through, took all the blame upon himself, never accused her, told her not to take stress, and do whatever she wanted to because in her happiness lay his happiness! Not once has he blamed aarti, after the initial anger!
You can say that he is oblivious to her love, but why to her pain? yes, he doesn't think of the pain Prashant gave her, right now.tell me, which human being could possibly do that? when he believes that aarti is still in love with prashant? he is not God.he is a human being!

Ria, Sorry if the way I worded my post came out as Yash cannot see Aarti's pain. I agree with you completely. Yash sees her pain and that is why he hasn't jumped at her and is thinking of the sacrificing route. What I should have said was Yash's focus is not in the right place. If you see a post that I have posted in response to Kadeen's post on page 53 you will see that is exactly what I meant. Like you said Yash is oblivious to Aarti's love but he is also oblivious to a whole lot of other things Aarti said in her speech. Now, am I blaming him here? NO! Given the circumstances and the situation (Thanks to Aarti's own inept way of dealing with this lie) I don't blame him for the conclusions he has drawn up. But at some point sooner than later I do want him to shift his focus from what Aarti said about her not wanting to do this PV, to all what she said to Prashant about the pain he dealt her by abandoning her.

@bold...your last paragraph...yes EXACTLY. Please do read the last post I posted and let me know if that isn't exactly what I said too. A lot of times we viewers make these observations based on the episode we see. That does not mean we are expecting either of these characters to act like super beings. All we expect them to do is take charge within the parameters of their own limitations and strengths and advantages. We all have been saying the same thing about Aarti for the past two months or so... that whatever her issues are she needs to buck up and spill the beans and not hurt Yash anymore. Now if Yash does go the sacrificing route then we will point out the facts that he is mis-reading too.

I need to watch epi properly. Did any of his flashback have Prashant speaking?

Well, we know that Yash isn't that great at math! Since when is 11 x 11 = 110.
