For those who've been missing Jassi aka Mona Singh on television, here's good news. Besides hosting for Sony's upcoming reality show, Extreme Makeover, she has signed on another daily show.
When contacted, Mona confirms the news. "I am doing a daily. We're working out the details and the script is yet to be finalised. All I can say at present is that it'll be different from Jassi…"
Talking about hosting the reality show, Mona says, "Extreme Makeover is going to be an emotional challenge for me. I'm hosting this show which does corrective surgery on disfigured persons."
As for movies, Mona has terminated her contract with the Page 3 producer Bobby Puskarna with whom she had signed a film. She says, "Nothing was happening for two years. I realised, there was no point in waiting. At the end of the day it's all about acting. As long as I keep getting exciting offers like Extreme Makeover and hosting a radio show (which I've just started doing), I'm happy."
Besides work, there's no exciting development in Mona's life. "After Jassi… got over, I was at home for two months. I was thoroughly bored. So, now I want to work," she says.
