If yes how can he file a case? Ok , may be in the logical show anything can happen. But one thing sure we r going to see another court episodes may be this time Sidhi mahaan fights against Abhay becos she knows wat evi Abhay has.

By the precap it is sure dat kunals prof track is going to start.

Court does not give custody to a Man simply because he helped a child other than the father due to financial reason.

Another inconnsistency was how can a doctor discuss about Ananad conditiona, irregardless of who raised the money to Abhay even with his perosnal files and etc.

Just because KC was not able to raise the money, that does not automatically gives the power to Abhay where he becomes the legal guardian of Ananad, taking over KC rights as a father or worst as husband .

The CVs better not shove this type of dirty trick on us again just like they did with Abhay and Sid fake illiegal marriage and get us started all over again.

Better stop this nonsense.

A simple thank you is enough to Abhay and no need to go over the board of court case and that he could swing it on his side as he can prove to Court that due to KC's anger has resulted in Anand being at the end of the target, which is simply ridiculous.

So CVs, dont get too excited about showing Abhay has got a case against KC, just because he saved the kid's life by giving a helpin hand financially.
