Arti puts her head on yashs chest to get solace and warmth and protection from inner conflict. Yash does not reciprocate by shoving her off instead lets her and probably he feels the same warmth and strength by having her close to him. His reaction to Arti hurt was good, he is not angry as much sad, it shows his anger is restricted to the lie part and sadness to the part that she is someone else
