nope i believe Arjun in his haste may well fail the mission, cause its his junoon to catch Sikander, and all his emotions are involved with it, while for the cases Arjun had solved till now, he has only used his brain...

my POV on today's episode (managed to see only the first part ) :i loved aayesha. i loved her kickass attitude with everyone, including the great Arjun Raute ..even when they are part of the team. her sarcastic comments to arjun reminded me of the old days when arjun used to taunt riya for her inexperience and statistics. the scene was entirely a deja vu for me with roles reversed. and i'm looking forward to more such scenes. aayesha, for me, isnt just a strong, brave, confident and efficient officer ..she's much more than that, she's a Arjun Raute 2.0 in terms of attitude and body language ( if you look at the scene where she goes off on her own to investigate without asking her seniors) and i guess the PH had successfully managed to put it across in just 2 episodes. and that's why i want her to be paired against arjun.. it would be a treat to see these two Titans clash and break the barriers built up around themselves in the process and come closer to each other.apart from that, shree's sudden mention of riya was totally random. i mean, kal tak toh yaad nahi aaya apne dost ka ..toh phir aaj kyun ? just coz the new entry was totally different from her ? kamaal hai !!and then Mr.Commissioner. what was he trying to put across actually ? that ETF needed an efficient officer so he baited arjun into the team using Sikandar's name coz he knew fully well that arjun wont refuse anything that led him to sikandar ? sorry to say but that's all i could infer from his convo with Arjun today. and it didnt sit well with me at all.regarding the rest of the episode, i need to catch it online before i comment anything.
On another thread, she was criticised for not having told her bosses that she had Siddharth safe. I do not think this is warranted. Ayesha is a professional, and she would definitely have told her immediate boss in the dept she works for, possibly anti-narcotics. It is they who failed to inform the ETF, which is why the Police Commissioner says that there was a lack of coordination and it was not the fault of the ETF. If it had been her fault for not keeping her bosses informed, he would have said so then.
As for @red, Vidya, yes, she is very irritated with Arjun and the ETF, and unfairly so, because they acted correctly within the bounds of what they knew. It was only at the very last minute that someone tells Rathod that Nadia is an undercover cop.
But you have to see it from her point of view as well. She has been doing a very difficult and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS undercover job for as long as 8 months. It is far tougher, and needs far more of cold courage, especially for a woman, who is exposed to risks peculiar to women that I need not detail. Every moment of those 8 months, she must have lived with the (unacknowledged, even to herself) fear of exposure, which would have resulted in not just her being killed, but killed after brutal torture, meant as a warning to other moles. Do you think that would have been easy? It is far simpler to be a policeman out in the open, like all the ETF. So, when so much very hard work goes down the drain, she is naturally livid, and that exasperation makes her unfair in her reactions against Arjun.
No, she is no Riya, and she is NOT going to go weak at the knees on seeing Arjun's angular and generally khaddoos countenance. She is a loner, just as he was, and she is coming out an assignment where she probably could not trust even her own shadow. She is not going to become a compliant team member overnight, especially since she is a very tough and competent professional, and cannot be looked down upon by Arjun or anyone else for incompetence in field work, as Riya was.
She is a take charge person because that was the way she has operated so far. Do look back at how rudely and non-cooperatively Arjun used to behave in the earlier episodes. And as recently as a couple of weeks ago, Arjun was effectively sidelining Rathod completely within the ETF. He may be a decent team player now, but he was VERY far from being one for the first 10-12 episodes, and even the patient Rathod snaps at him for that in the swimming pool murder case. Even today, he is always ornery, non-communicative, and difficult. I remember his face when Shree was praising Rathod for his racing exploits and his record. It was blank and deliberately disinterested.
What is acceptable, even admirable, in him should not be unacceptable in her simply because she is of the wrong gender for most of the forum! At least Ayesha responds to his instructions with a smart 'Yes, Sir!" It is more than he ever used to do, and half the time in the beginning, he never told Rathod what he had done. That could have resulted in a major goof up, though of course the CVs would not have let that happen! Ayesha, however, keeps Rathod informed of her findings, including that Deshpande has cancer. And she seems to get on very well with Chotu already, and I am sure she and Shree would also grow comfortable with each other in due course.
As for romantic leanings, I know that most in this forum revel in the slightest indication of the so-called 'chemistry', but I for one would be thankful if there is none between Arjun and Ayesha. It is most unlikely, as they are both too similar, and Arjun, who is basically an MCP (he loved Roshni very deeply, but she was not competition of any kind), would never be attracted to a competent, no nonsense, non-worshipful female. At least so I feel, and I hope I am correct.
All I want is reasonably intelligent scripts and an interesting mystery or two each week. That would be more than enough. As for those wanting 'chemistry', why, there is plenty for all tastes in the Ariya FFs, many of them very well written, that abound in this forum. I am sure I would be in a distinct minority with this viewpoint, but there I am and there I stay!😉

Good Episode!
It lacked the suspense element...didnt get me hooked to it...After a totally mindblowing and awesome episode yesterday, this seemed just an ok episode! the driver's mannerisms were weird...It looked like he is the killer right from the first questioning!!About Aisha, thanks for the cute name...loved the name and the character! her attitude suits the cop image!Akdu hai shaayad...anyways, will wait for more episodes before commenting further on her character! or anything about her pairing up with Arjun because erasing ARIYA and imagining ARJHA would be tough for me! so I will give them and the CVs time to build it up and then comment on it!But i didnt like her blaming Arjun for the failure of her mission...I mean what did he do? or what did ETF do??? werent they doing their duty too???And her reply to Rathod..."aap ke koyi galthi nahi hai...aur jisske galthi hai..."..[she hinted that it was Arjun's fault] that was a baseless accusation! i mean she also knows that he wasnt at fault...Loved the Sikandar angle...it was good to see Arjun showing the same anger and insisting that he would track down Sikandar even if the department doesnt help him...it was good to see that Arjun still has that fire in him...it hadnt died out with time! much needed scene!Shree remembering and comparing Riya with Aisha was good too...Gave us a hint that both are extremely opposite and beyond comparison...it would be good to watch Aisha's transformation from this arrogant self to a more friendlier and casual team member!Loved the climax when Arjun notices the patch work done on the roof and links it with the kids playing with the cut out slabs...Superb scene!Loved the ETF team and their instincts...their coordination!Again greed for more and more money being the cause of all deaths and evil deeds...moral was good but the case wasnt that gripping!

The exchanges were vigorous and quite interesting, and I exhausted myself posting there, and at such length, that I shall be able get back to your incomparable Reva and catch up with her only later today. No one, Vidya, is likely to match that lady for complexity and courage. You can safely take a bow for her!

Welcome back aunty and i hope ur doing fine...thanks for ur review! was bang on and really loved reading it!I understand that her irritation and anger for the mission being failed...but her repetitive blaming on ETF and particularly on Arjun seemed over the top! Arjun realized his mistake, i guess and he was silent almost the entire bit when she was doing the blame game...even then, she wasnt giving it up...thats what irritated me...As a cop, she was just brilliant and i just admire and adore her for that...I had praised her and appreciated her in my saturday episode review...and i was real impressed by her dhamakedar entry and she is a real fire cracker!!!And regarding chemistry and romance...as i had already mentioned in some other post...i dont want them to become a jodi any time soon...i would give them time and also take time myself before i would judge or even start seeing them as a jodi...They are 2 strong headed individuals and the entire journey to any romantic inclination between such people would be really interesting to watch provided the CVs take it through the right route...anyways thats my POV!

Vidya my dear,
That was not a review; how can any or my reviews be less than 2 pages?😉 How you and some others can take so much punishment and still ask for more beats me. but so it is, and I am deeply flattered!! I might do something on what I call the Fearless Nadia episode of Saturday later this week, and let us see how you and the rest like it.
As for Ayesha, of course she is flawed, and that is what should make her interesting, but she is nowhere near being as obnoxious as Arjun used to be in the old days. If you have the time for it, do take a look at the threadWhat's with the taunt,Newbie?, at
