who told you what they think...there are some people in this world who wants to be happy with the work they do..that gives them ultimate satisfaction.
For some people job is just a job and money earning machine and for some its passion.
And I still do not understand what sadist pleasure do you get by writing all negative about people.
Its their life...their job let them live peacefully.

Some of my cents on these interviews:
the one about Ronit Roy:-its not that he is not getting any offers but the reason he is jobless because of the type pf projects he is being offered.I remember his old interview of his last TV show "Sajda tere...something "i cant recall the name there he did mentioned that he looks more in the quality of projects...he was happy with his character and that gave him opportunity to show his talent and thats why he picked up that role.He is looking for something and which he is not getting to see in today's television world.He no where regrets of his previous decisions.He is upset with the trend which todays television world follows.And this is also one of the reason that viewers do not watch television and some good actors goes un noticed and they feel they need a bigger platform to show their talent.
Same goes for Rajeev:-he told he will look for TV only if something interesting comes up.He has not told that he will stick to TV or BW he told for him the role matters.And I do not understand from where did you get the feeling that he is not happy with what he is doing.from my understanding I can feel he is happy with all projects he has done.
About SRk's interview...
It will be interesting if Bollywood people come together and make a 10-part or 12-part series, just like 'Buniyaad' and 'Hum Log'... we have international stars being a part of such shows."
These lines speaks a lot...SRK did not say that he wants to do the regular shows in TV.He is talking about the change.1st is series and next is the quality of shows.And he also did not mention that he will leave BW for this.He understands well that TV has huge set of audience and he can utilise this source to do something different.But nowhere he talked about never ending daily shows.And after all he was the 1st one to cite an example of leaving small screen for BW.
Anil Kapoor's interview
"In India, television stars don't get the same recognition and money as movie stars. Hopefully after my show, the gap between Indian television and Bollywood would be bridged," he added.
"I've set aside all my other work for 24. But it's not a big sacrifice. I am giving it a year. That's the time an average feature film takes. I've already planned my films after the first season of '24'. But for now, I'm fully into '24'.
These lines speaks a lot.Everyone knows the mindset the TV target audience have.These all actors are well settled and well capable to take the risk to make a change in Television Industry.I am not going too far,IPK is an example..IPK was a different show,it had a different set of viewers but its TRP were not good.So to have a good revenue the story of this show was well change time to time to have TRP stick to a decent numbers.Things are changing gradually and this change is more rapid in Movie indutry.
About Shahid's interview :-i seriously do not understand how did you tag him as diminishing actor.All he is talking about the change and discussing what went wrong and why.
Just in one sentence none of the actors are happy about the way current TV industry is.Everyone sees something missing what they want.What as a quality actor one looks for.
