Television stars share their feelings about being on this special initiative by the team of india-forums.com

The television industry and celebrities have been successful in making a place for themselves in the hearts of people across the globe. They have not only made a mark in their career but also impacted the youth of the society in many ways. In order to give an ode to these young stars we at india-forums have launched a calendar that features some youth icons of the television industry.

We spoke to a few of them about their feelings on being a part of this special calendar and a message they would like to convey to the youth of the country.

Krystle Dsouza: I am very proud of the fact that india.forums has come out with such a cute calendar. All the time we see Bollywood stars on calendar. Television has good faces and india-forums has given all of us a very good opportunity with this initiative. They are showing a different side of all of us which according to me is very nice. All the bahu betas who are there on the calendar, are looking very good. I have always thought of being on a calendar since my childhood. So, it's a dream come true for me.

Message for the youth: Stand up for your right. If something wrong happens with you or around you, stand up and fight for it.

Nia Sharma: It gives a kick and a high even without drinking to be appearing in the youth icon calendar. It feels like I represent the youth of today. Also, to add to that I enjoyed playing with my looks during the shoot.

Message for the youth: I may be appearing as the youth icon but in no way I'm the one to be followed as the icon. I too have the follies and flaws in me that I work upon each passing day.

Sukirti Kandpal: I am really happy that I am a part of the calendar.

Message for the youth: I would firstly like to tell the youth to treasure this youth that they are living in. They have the power to do anything. They are the sun of hope. So directing their energies in the right direction would be the best. Never be defeated by anything.
