I have never liked PC's dressing sense- always too on your face

bebo deserves to be number one here! not only dressing- this has been a great year for bebo the actress as well- she nailed it! her performances speak volume! :D

yeah their too tight and short.. but apart from that I usually like the dresses she wears.

Sonam , however can be quite rude when it comes to fashion , she bashed amrita rao for having a bad fashion style.

When i consider someone "best dressed" i like to believe that theyre getting the honors because their own personal style is injected in the said style. But seeing how deepika and kareena dress when left to their devices (when not at events) their style is mediocre. Kareena is below par when it comes to style. She has none. Deepika fares somewhat better. PC is the result of her stylist, off red-carpet events and on. So...i really cant say much about the style except that these awards should b granted to the stylists instead.
