Banished from my house!!

Arjun put on his blazer, absolutely ready to go to office. He was late today, he had a meeting in the next 30 minutes and he was still at home! He descended the stairs quickly and moved towards the kitchen, not wanting to leave without a glimpse of his wife.

He entered the kitchen and was utterly shocked at the scene in front of him!

What the heck was this woman thinking!!!!She is pregnant for God's sake!!!!

Purvi, lost in her world of pickles did not notice the arrival of her husband. Apparently she was standing on a stool and was stuffing pickles in her mouth, and this was what made her husband's furious!

Arjun marched silently towards where Purvi was, in an attempt not to scare her off. Arjun caught her hand and pulled her off the stool, all the time being careful not to hurt her. While doing this, the jar which contained pickles slipped from Purvi's hands and fell down.

Arjun glared at Purvi whilst Purvi also stood her ground and sent Arjun a reproaching glare!

Purvi: What the hell, Arjun? Why did you do that? Can't you see I was eating pickles?

Arjun: I can see that, but couldn't you STAND ON THE FLOOR and eat those damn pickles?

Purvi: Don't yell! And I was craving for those pickles and they were on the top shelf! What do you suggest I should have done! Fly and take it,'OH,NO you would also have a problem with that, Right?

Arjun: You could have simply asked one of the servants to remove it and give it to you! Clearly you lack some common sense! And why were you standing n the stool, couldn't you come down and eat them!

Purvi: So what if I was on the stool, I did not fall right, so what is all this fuss about?

Arjun: I agree you did not fall, but you should still take precaution and take care of yourself and the baby!

Purvi: I can take care of myself, ok?

Arjun: Yeah,right?

Arjun looked at his watch and realized that this silly fight delayed him more for his meeting!

Arjun: Damn, because of you and this stupid argument, I AM LATE!

Purvi: Have I locked you in the kitchen? NO, right! So, how are you late because of me! It's you who came in the kitchen and started this argument!

Arjun: Yeah, damsel in distress, it's always my fault, said Arjun in a sarcastic tone!

Arjun turned to leave when he heard;

Purvi: Wait, where do you think you are going?

Arjun: I think I am going to my office!

Purvi: You are not going to the office without getting me my mango pickles!

Arjun: There are so many jars of pickles on the shelf, ask the servants to get you one!

Purvi: But I want mango pickles and there are n more jars of mango pickles, so you are going to get them for me!

Arjun: Fine, I will ask the servant to buy your mango pickles, Ok, can I go now?

Purvi: Who broke the jar?

Arjun: You!

Purvi: Excuse me, you pulled me down and that's when it broke so it's your fault, AND YOU ARE GOING TO BUY THEM FOR ME, AND NOT YOUR SERVANTS!

Arjun: What the hell, Purvi! I will tell the servant to buy it, I have no more time to waste on you!

Purvi: YOU HAVE NO TIME TO WASTE ON ME! Fine I will leave your house then!

Arjun: Ask the servants to pack your luggage then, don't tire yourself doing the packing!

With that Arjun left, leaving behind a very, very furious Purvi!

The meeting ended with the deal concluded!

Arjun went to his cabin, and heard his phone ringing, he checked the caller's ID!HIS DAD!

Arjun: Hi Dad!

DK: Arjun, where are you?

Arjun: At the office, why?

DK: Arjun, did you scold Purvi?

Arjun: No, but why are you asking, Dad?

DK: I don't know, Arjun, but she is packing some luggage''Arjun immediately cut the phone! He had thought that Purvi was joking about leaving home, and here she was packing her luggage! Oh God, now how do convince her not to leave! But I have to, the last time she went to her mother's place, I could not sleep! It will be a disaster if she goes! I must stop her at any cost!

Arjun reached home in record time, considering that he stopped on his way to buy those stupid mango pickles! The servant opened the door, and Arjun immediately rushed inside. He stopped, when he saw his dad and Purvi sitting comfortably on the sofa eating fruits!

Wasn't she going to leave? Well, thank God she didn't go, thought Arjun.

Arjun neared the sofa and saw the big suitcase lying near Purvi's sofa! So, she was still thinking of leaving; now he had to convince her!

Arjun: Sweetheart, here are your mango pickles!

Purvi turned and smiled widely at him and said: Put it in the suitcase!

Arjun: Baby, please don't leave, this house feels so empty without you!

Purvi: Don't worry, I will never let this house feel empty!

Arjun: Great, you are not leaving then! Said Arjun in relief!

Purvi: I am leaving this house? Why would I leave my house!

Arjun: Exactly, why would you pack and even think of leaving your house!

Purvi giggled and said: Oh no, you are misunderstanding me; I packed YOUR luggage because YOU are leaving not me!

Arjun: What?

Purvi: Bye!

Arjun: Are you asking me to leave my house!

Purvi: I am not asking you, I am ordering you to go! Bye, now!

Arjun looked at his father for help but instead he found his father smiling slyly! Heck, even the servants were grinning like fools!

And I thought she was leaving! Irony much!!!!!!
