Laku puttar, Aarti is not even three months pregnant yet, so why would she be gaining weight? In addition, her doctor has already said that she is anaemic, and has been under too much stress. So both would result in low weight gain, and in fact would justify weight loss as well. As far as I have learned from research and observation, its usually the bre8sts that increase in size (due to the milk producing glands doing their job), and slowly the abdomen will also increase. Any other part of her body gaining weight or size would be from the increase in fat/calories as well as the swelling and fluid retention that are sometimes associated with pregnancy. Of course those with experience can answer it better, but she is only 2 months and 2-3 weeks pregnant at the most. How did you think pregnancies are kept secret for the first few months?😆
