At least all the ladies in my family (around 9 of them) only had baby bumps when they were 4 months plus pregnant. So I'm assuming it only comes after 4 months. The way I guessed they were pregnant was the glow on their face (i guess you can't contain the happiness) so it showed. If not you'd never know. They only started putting on weight after the 4th month as the cravings worsen and I guess you'll tend to eat loads of stuff thus resulting in weight gain. But one of my cousin sis didn't get any chubbier. From the back, no one would guess she was pregnant. She gained 3.5 kgs during her pregnancy and the baby was 4 kgs so she actually lost weight.đSo this is realistic.. đ
