it is a story of a small towngirl chandni who lands up in mumbai insearch of her sister manisha who didn't arrive at her ring ceremony so inplace of her to save ghar ki izzat chandni engages to that guy(dilawar) with whomher sis was likely to get married first!there inmumbai chandni lives with her grandmother and circumstances force her to take a job ina call centre named india calling!there her boss aditya khanna who first hated her fall in love with her!and secretly she also like him!aditya is a spoilt brat who lives with his grandfather,elder bro vishesh(playedby the same guy who played the role of ashi's dad in remix) and bhabhi kamini(she is a negative character)there r other key characters who work in call centre like kabir,amy,smita(played by the same gal who played the role of vrinda in remix),varun,kavita(played by the same gal who played the role of meher earlier) and security head tyson!
