why always the phone?

hi,i have a pov abt the phone breaking karamaat.i think that the phone is a medium of communication,right?it keeps on breaking.kabhi zoya se tootta hai to kabhi asad khud tod deta hai.the phone is a symbol of their relationship and communication.asad is not interested in keeping the phone if it is repaired by zoya,which shows that he wants to have nothing to do with her.zoya, on the other hand keeps on damaging the phone unintentionally.she also tries to repair the phone which asad rejects.that means that zoya through her stupidity,keeps on messing up her relationship with asad and then tries to put things right. between them but which is clearly not working uptil now.lets see how many more phones will have to be broken for the slightest semblance of a relationship between them.

Lovely analysis, I think too phone is very symbolic to their ongoing relation...there is no proper communication between them.. as they started of on a wrong foot.. though she is trying to get through to him but he is not at all interested to listen to her or get to know her.
