Naveen's death is a mystery till now.I think the reason behind his death is the woman he loved.Remember the flasback of Rajveer where he remembers Naveen's phone conversation.I think he a woman his behind the death of Naveen's death.It 's just a guess.😛

i think it was a woman bhind his death. it can also be Dr. Ritu, she appears to be a very shady character.
