While I watched, I thought the same thing. But, you know, its easy to argue back to someone like Razia. But, would be created out of that? A scene. As far as we are aware, Dilshad is one classy women, and unlike Razia, she isn't a bazaari woman who would say anything to escalate the argument further.
As a girl of now, I probably would defend myself. But, in a situation like today, the best way to show her dignity and class would be to not speak to someone like Razia at all. I do think the cold shoulder to people like her would be the best option. On the other hand, if Shireen was asking her, I do think she should speak up then. My two cents :)
*** I do wish she didn't cry though, and just walked out of there. She did try, but then again, it was a difficult situation.
