How come Brijesh cannot be a father?

I'm from Canada and I just watched the episode where Nahar reads the doctor's report saying that Brijesh can never be a father. How is this possible? Tara WAS pregnant at one point and she was the one who met with the accident not Brijesh. So what suddenly happened that doesn't allow him to become a father anymore????????

it was a fake report made by urvashi n she blames it on nahar.. she gives money to some clerk frm da hospital n tells him to say dat nahar told him to make dis fake report..
