my pov is kuhu may choose suicide option because digvijay cheated many girls too and she is not in a position to accept that guy who ruined other girls too.

I think that TVS would not want the marriage to take place at first. Then Kuhu will realise she is pregnant and the wedding will take place by force.

I am not sure what TVS's reaction will be to her pregnancy but I know for sure the CVs will have Sugni and Aditya riding to the rescue.
