yes you are right about the Bengali style and a devoted doctor who turned out to be the only doctor in the world that can do the operation.

In YMGGK, Abha had to marry the doctor so that he (doctor) can do operation on Karan back to normal. Abha did it for her husband.

But in PR..Purvi married with Dr.Onir..for what?
To make him as puppet?
If purvi pregnant with Arjun's child and married with dr.Onir so the baby can have father's name..then Purvi just use him to avoid humiliated by the society.
That's selfish.

I hope she pregnant with Dr.Onir child.
