I have high hopes that the new story LM was talking about involves SI somehow. I think she would want to work with this team...but not opposite Barun. Not because she has anything against Barun, but it makes no sense professionally for her.

And like you said, this PH is able to come up with some great stories and characters.

I don't think his interview worked as a litmus test for his fans.. They interpreted things beyond what they really are. With every interview of his, they made him the God and every other person a villain. We all know how much Gul, Sanaya & everybody was bashed after the interviews.

More than himself, the blind fans are doing more harm to his career. Yes, BS is to certain extent responsible for this. If he came out clear, they wouldn't have made things up as they wished. But eventually closing down the show and spamming SP would have certainly affected BS's career

Just wait and watch the reality that is going to happen. Have you ever thought why artists stay in the industry for more than 20 odd years and still they have a grand opening.

Very simple : they never gave problems to the PH - and were always with the fans. Every Sunday why the crowd stands in front of AB's house, SRK and Salman's house. Have you ever seen how Rajnikant's film is relased in TN. Fans are not just doing this - all these artists have earned it

Here the problem was - Barun never respects any PH - how many producers he left in the lurch . What about the fans? Did he really thank them in a proper manner. He was lying. So what career are we speaking about.

Fan girls sobti k ankhon ma kho gaye hae.if sobti stands on top of twin tower & says i want to quit,they'll say Barak Obama has forced him.As he wasn't getting enough attention because of bs.It is high time they must stop reading his eye.how can people read an actor's eye who is famous for his eye expresions.

I saw another article that came out & in that it seems Barun has stated that he had put his papers down back in Feb !!!😲

I was shocked to read that !!!

But thinking back as we all know the show went down hill after that !!!👎🏼

We have to understand that if the Lead himself is totally disinterested & being cajoled/requested/threatened (which one I am not sure 🤢)...then the PH lost all interest to this show.😒

I blame PH at this juncture 😕😕

They are running a business...if one of your employee is errant (however famous he is ) he should have been replaced !! And let the pahngirls scream/shout but stick to ur point & run the story as it was supposed to run !!! What stopped them ?? SP ?? They could have discussed it out with them !!😕😕

Was it so difficult!! Rather than ruining an entire show just coz BS wants to play BW !!😡😡

PS - BS's PR skill tanks I have to say !! If he is still saying all these nonsense after the show is closed then he is a bigger fool than I thought !!😲😲

You forgot to add - all those who loved the show and were interested and invested and engaged in it - Fans, Sanaya Irani, and rest of the IPK cast (including Payash too left because they did not have a major role and their chemistry was not built in the midst of the stupid bubbly track)!!!!!

Remosrseless, unprofessional, irresponsible Barun Sobti skipped away leaving the above people in shambles!!! Hope other tv PHs including EK and BW PHs be cautious and beware of BS and his work ethic!!

After reading the TOI article its clear that he was not just thinking of quitting IPK but had put down his papers long ago in Feb. To adjust his leave for the movie & retain him, the show went haywire. Probably the makers could not think without him as he had become the popular face as ASR.
Whatever in this whole fiasco the beautiful story was lost and we got crappy tracks with improper ends. How thoughtless a person can be?
