Why during the pregnancy ?

I have this question since prashant return, why prashant always shock and cause problemes to aarti when she is pregnant ? i mean he left her when she was pregnant with ansh, now he back and want her back when she is pregnant with yash's kid ,WTH is wrong with this man ? how can all this stupidity and Meanness fit in one small head of python ? 😳
