BoxofficeIndia seems so biased 🤢 Well I agree Salman is ruling box office india with his Masala type movies!

But why boxofficeindia is comparing his Movies with movie like Talaash which is a thriller/mystery and Jab tak hai jaan which is a romantic movie! These type of movie in this era cant survive but they both have done a big collection same with Kahaani!

boxofficeindia should compare Masala Movies like DABANGG /Rowday Rathore/ Ek Tha Tiger / Khiladi 789 etc

Look BOI is never biased. At one stage I felt they were too against Salman but. All their figures and facts are followed by officials in Bollywood.

Wasn't Ra.One and Don.2 a masala films???

Just wondering?

BOI is not comparing movies, he is comparing STARS...

Salman, SRK, Aamir khan are Top 3 stars, it's nothing new when u compare these 3 stars movies... These 3 names can pull crowds to cinema halls, biggest hits are there in their careers...

So it's just the performance of These Stars at BO is compared which was done before also, at that time sometime Aamir is at Top & before it was SRK. when at that ppl don't have any problem, y does it is objected now.

Infact quite true Billa bhai!!!

I was reading it again. The article's about stardom and star power each actor has at the current stage.

I didn't see any comparison between the films.

The 100 crore nett mark which is redundant as a benchmark today has proved a stiff task for Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Aamir Khan over the last few weeks while for Salman Khan starrers the question is not will it do 100 but in how many days.

Shahrukh Khan just about squeezed a 100 crore with Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Ajay Devgn fell short with Son Of Sardaar, Aamir Khan looks to be going the same way as Ajay Devgn. It can be said the the genres of the Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan starrers are not very viable for big numbers but the fact these stars come after some time making their films become event films and that counteracts the genre factor to some degree. Also they had 2500 screen releases so with such wide releases, the makers themselves signal that they are expecting huge numbers. The not so great release of Son Of Sardaar can be an excuse if one has to be given for that film not achieving optimum figures.

I was asking a simple question!!! If you couldn't answer straightforwardly then should've avoid answering.

Thanks buddy!!!

I just wasn't sure which category they belonged to. Coz if ETT was called Masala then I guess Don .2 would be put in same category. While Ra.One, I had no clue!!!

Wasn't even bashing those films.
