Anandi woke up very early next day as she was not able to sleep well the whole night. She got ready and left early for school to complete the pending work before children start coming. Also she wanted be free by noon to ask Shiv the question that was haunting her all the night. Dadisa was happy that Anandi left early as it would have be tough for all of them to talk to Jagya with her around. She asked Bhairav if he talked to LalSingh. Bhairav confirms everything is talked through with Lal Singh and only thing remaining is to talk to Jagya. Dadisa lets out a deep sigh and asks Makhan to call Jagya.
Shiv was getting ready for office but his mind was occupied with what needs to done that day. He had to talk to Anandi and assure her from his side that he is ok with what ever decision she makes and he will support her. He needs to free her from him so that she can choose her past as her future if she wants. He thought of many ways to bring this topic infront of he, explain her, but every scenario was increasing this awkwardness and strange fear inside him. He is scared of how Anandi might react after listening to him, how she might take it all wrong that he doesn't trust her. Things were just getting better between them and he is worried that this act of his will take them back to square one again. His sane mind was telling him that Anandi is a smart women and will understand but its hard to listen to it with all these fears taking over his mind. He at times even thought of not talking to her at all giving into his fears but he knows he had to do this for her. He came out of his thoughts with the sound of his mobile. It was Itavati, he picked up absentmindedly. After asking Shiv about his breakfast and other things Iravati came to the point. She asked Shiv if he thought about visiting temple as she asked. She adds that she even took care of asking Dadisa permission for it. Shiv who totally forgot about it with everything going on tries to tell her he is busy with work right now and will think about it and let her know. He adds she need not remind him every day. Iravati explains she is reminding him because he forgets everything except his work. And acts being all emotional, saying its ok you need not listen to your mother as you have become a big man and so on. Shiv feels bad for her and tells her he will take Anandi soon but he has few important things he needs to take care of first. He promises her he will not forget.
After the phone call with his mother, he decides to talk to Anandi as soon as possible. The sooner he meets her and talks to her the better, as he can't take this pressure anymore. He calls her mobile and says "Anandi I want to talk to you can we meet". Anandi was confused by his sudden question. She replies "Ya sure. I am going to school right now and we can meet in afternoon or evening. By the way is everything ok". Shiv realizes he blurted out the question first thing when she picked up the phone and feels stupid for doing that. He says "Everything is fine. Sorry for asking like that I was thinking something and just popped the question. You are in school early, Is everything ok". Anandi explains she was there to complete some left over work before students come. Shiv looks at the clock there is still 2 hrs left for students to start coming. He asks her if he can drop by and meet her now. He adds it's nothing to worry about, he has lot of work in office today, it will be hard for him to meet in afternoon and it might be late in evening. Anandi thinks for a moment, looks at her watch and asks him to come to school. After the call ended both Anandi and Shiv think about what they need to talk to other, how they need to talk without hurting the other and both worried of what other might think or feel.
Jagya felt very happy that his family wanted him to join them in the main hall. He got ready and came down to the hall. As he approached the hall and looked at everyone the smile on his face faded away. He understood that he thought wrong, by the stern look on their faces. Dadisa signed him to take his seat as he came to a halt before them. He silently obliged. Bhairav starts explaining to Jagya, "You were allowed to stay in this house as you were not well but now that you are recovering well we decided its better you shift to the hospital. I talked to Lal Singh and he arranged everything for you there". Jagya was hurt by how his family. HIS.OWN.FAMILY. was trying to get rid of him. He was more broke with the amount of coldness in his father's voice as he told him their decision. There was no LOVE, no CONCERN, no EMOTION, nothing. His father just told him off as if it he was some stranger. Basant cut his chain of thoughts as he added "We had no choice but to let you stay here till you are well. As we were taught not to turn our back to any person who comes to our house for help or in your case sick". Dadisa interrupts Basant and concludes saying "There is nothing much to talk about. Bhairav go and drop at the hospital". Bhairav says he has some important work to attend to and says Makhan can drop Jagya. Jagya gets very angry at his family for trying to kick him out of the house and very pissed at Bhairav for not finding the time to even drop his son. He gets up from the sofa and says he can walk on his own to the hospital. He says with bitterness in his voice "You need not worry about dropping me. Now that I am fine to stay in hospital, i think I can go by myself too". He sarcastically says "Thank you for taking care of me till today". He says "I apologized for my mistakes, asked for a single chance to redeem myself but you never loved me. You never wanted me to come back". He takes Dadisa's blessing and leaves haveli thinking "I am son of this house whether you all agree or not. I am stubborn, I will not give up yet. You all have to forgive me". He finds Makhan kaka outside the haveli and asks him if he can call Anandi as he needs to talk to her to which kaka replies that Anandi had left for school early today. Jagya thanks him and heads towards Anandi's school. He has to talk to her, make her realize that she still loves him, make her his Anandi again. He is running out of time. His family is pushing him further away from them.
As Anandi was waiting for Shiv, he called her again to let her know he might get a little delayed, apologized and said he will try to be there as soon as possible. Anandi said its ok and not to apologize. Anandi decide to rearrange the books in the classroom and added few new story books to the collection for kids to read. Once she was done she saw a big poster rolled up, lying at the end of the room. "I asked Jyoti and others to hang it on the wall week ago and they still didn't. These kids are becoming lazy day by day". As she was talking and at same time smiling to herself she dragged a tall stool, climbed on it holding the poster and tape. Jagya was almost near the school. He was thinking over and over about what to say to her, how to make her understand. She still loves him, he is sure of it but he has to make her accept it. She has to forgive and accept him that is his only way to his family now.
Anandi was trying to place tape at the ends of the poster but it was getting hard to hold the poster still and tape it all by herself. She was thinking if it was a bad idea to be doing it alone and maybe she should have waited till some students were here as they could have helped her. She tried reaching top left corner of poster to tape but was not able to reach it. As she stood on her toes, extended her body further to reach the spot, tried holding the poster with one hand and tapping it with other, she lost her balance and gravity took over. She let out a cry in panic and closed her eyes anticipating the inevitable hit to the ground. Suddenly she felt a strong grip around her waist and shoulder and a loud crashing sound. It took her few seconds to get out of the panic and realize the strong hold around her body which stopped her from falling to the ground were actually hands. She was thankful for who ever it was that saved her from the fall. As she became more aware of surroundings, she felt a warmth of hard torso she was clinging to very tightly. Her eyes shot open and awkwardness crawled over her body as she looked at the person in front of her.
