I have been following the show almost regularly and I don't think the creatives have ever revealed what were the EXACT circumstances in which Rashid left Dilshaad seventeen years ago and married Shireen. Did Shireen lure Rashid away from dilshaad? Did she know Rashid was married? Did she willingly marry Rashid or was she manipulated or forced into? For all you know Shireen was innocent of all guilt when she got married. I would rather not judge her character by WHAT I DON'T KNOW, and instead evaluate her and her emotions in the light of WHAT I HAVE SEEN. And what I see is a simply, loving, naive, a bit stupid, pretty, young innocent woman who has been married for seventeen years to a man, has three kids from her, and she loves her husband as well as her children. Infact she does not harbour any ill feelings for her 'sauten' or their children, as was seen in the very first episodes when she called up Rashid about the accident and even made halwa for Asad when he was ill. I think she cares for the other family on a human level, and is simply made aware of what Rashid is doing by her Bhabahi. What she is feeling is insecurity about her husband and marriage. Is Karma coming back to her? I don't know, since I don't know her Karma seventeen years back. I feel bad for Shireen, very very bad for Shireen. And I have a very strong feeling that Dilshaad is not responding to Rashid's overtures just yet because they have come from nowhere and because Asad hates him. I wouldn't be surprised if she melts in no no time and gets back with Rashid, in which ever way, because to me she seems to be quite capable of forgetting the seventeen years and other characters, for the love she had experienced with Rashid. If that happens, she will lose her moral high ground, and I will feel terrible for Shireen.

ooh ok thnx but even though he has enuff money to provide for all of them I still think he should leave Dilshad alone
