Mai had already met once during the college fresher's party...but there was no reaction from her...instead she thought it was Ichcha

exactly. mai saw meethhi but she thought it was iccha. she even had a flashback of iccha. but she doesnt know who meethi is, wats her name, whether she s iccha's daughter or not etc. she couldnt talk to meethi. so i guess she has forgotten abt that thing by now.
