Jai SiyaRama. There is a small error shown in this Ramayana. Prabhu Shri Ramachandra with Mata Sita & Shri Lakshmana initially left Ayodhya with Aryasumanata Ji as charioteer. His subjects went along with him up to river Tamasa. After that He reached Nisadh kingdom of Guhu. From there, He started His mahaan vraata of Vanvaas with barefoot. In original 1987 Ramayana by legendary figure Dr. Ramanand Sagar also supports my point. We all know 1987 Ramayana was superhit which stirred the entire nation. Arun Govil Ji & Deepika Chikhalia Ji are cult figures & worshipped by people as Shri Ramachandra & Mata Siya. The same thing was followed by Imagine Ramayan 2008 by respected Anand Sagar Ji. But, this Ramayan 2012 deviates the fact & shows that Shri Ramchandra left from the palace barefoot which is incorrect.

True. I completely agree, I am loosing interest in the show. I feel, I should watch ramanand ji sagar,s Ramayana instead of this version.

Yes Mita, you are right. Even 2008 Ramayana showed the story exactly like this. Ram, Sita, and Lakshman did not leave Ayodhya on foot. Too much creative liberty is being taken in this Ramayan. They are showing many bloopers like this, including not giving Sitaji a palloo and making her wear a very revealing outfit for vanvaas. Her palace outfit was much more decent!
Anand Sagar may have taken some creative liberty in the 2008 Ramayan, but the overall story was intact and he followed in Ramanand Sagar's footsteps far more than Meenakshi Sagar is doing. Sagar Pictures needs to do more research before taking religious shows like this. They also messed up Dwarkadheesh Bhagwan Shree Krishna on Imagine Tv.

yes...there have been many variations...i would request the team to stick onto the original script since we all are watching the Ramayan to enlighten our epic and about our history
