1.Idk why but I think that Ovi is lying about her pregnancy, just so that Arjun will be close to her. Purvi on the other hand will actually be pregnant and the child of course will be Arjun's.

I doubt Ovi's baby could be anyone's but Arjun, it would be out of her character. She is crazy in love with him since childhood and can go against everyone for him. Even with the Soham fiasco, she stood by Arjun and went against her own biological brother because he shot her husband twice. Say what we will about Ovi, she would never step out of her limits but sleeping with another man.

I think time heals everything and Arjun might of given his marriage a chance. Purvi, it's out of her character to have sex before marriage so it'd totally assasinate her character if she is pregnant with Arjun's child.
