The promo is confusing yaar, yes Madhu has lost her heart to RK, and he was very harsh with her to shout at her that she has lost it because she is fasting for his long life, oh hello this is what he wanted he wanted for her to take care of him and for them to be close, also he knows she is honest and has a pure heart, so why loose his temper on her, we know why he is struggling with his feelings about Madhu. But we haven't seen the continuation of that scene, I feel he will confess to Bittuji how much turmoil he is in about his feelings for Madhu, after this frank conversation that will play on his mind, as finally he would have resolved some of the confusion about his own feelings and he will return to the house having a clearer understanding of his own feelings. So when he returns home and finds her fainted thereafter it will be romance because RK would have solved the confusion in his own mind.
