off late i am under the weather,but still i will try and answer any query
Stand in my,Shifali and Gur's place and see how it is-irrespective of WHAT we do,we are always looked at biased and people who always side with one party
i wont talk for Gur and Shifali,they have worked very hard,they still do,and even i am trying my best
This forum is a Crazy place you dont know who will get miffed for what how and why
we cant possibly make everyone happy
regarding people leaving the forum-its thier own call
people think we arent taking action against a certain fan group while we are against them
sorry to say thats wrong-we are following procedures here-only we dont stand on rooftops and claim what was done to whom
if something wrong has happened we will take action-its our duty as moderators to do so,so PLEASE show a little faith in us.
We do keep an eye on this forum and know who does what and when-it isnt like we are leaving people scott free let me make it clear once and for all.
many of the issues created in this forum are by the members who stay here actively
and the Mods try very hard to control the situation but sadly the level of activity not to forget the eagerness to get into an argument and to fight is too much
even a simple comment leads to 10 to 20 reports
simple comments are made into huge fights!
if you want to make this forum a #1 forum in I-F with regards to all standards only the MOD team wont be able to do it
the members are equally responsible-i think Shifali and Gur must have gone hoarse trying to ask youll to behave a little more mature and large hearted
the day youll guys stop taking the VD v/s DD thing so seriously
Try to enjoy the show rather than picking up fights
and try to be a little large hearted to some joke cracking and slight sarcasm
this forum will ROCK!i know and youll guys know too the day this constant fighting stops it will be amazing
i dont think everyone in here is that bad as they are thought to be-its just that this whole negative attitude by all parties has taken the forum down
i dont watch the show,neither did i visit this forum before
but this is what i feel
co-ordinate with us,and try to atleast be a little nice to each other

we are there to help and do what is needed as per what our duty is
kindly give us(i.e ME-i am still trying to get tuned to the Madness,the last time i managed a forum as Mad as this was 2 years agođ)
