"I have to know whether Maan really heard me or not! Incase if he didn't, then I have to say it again, wasise bhi maine apni zindagi ki poori sachchai Maan ko nahi batai hai..Dia will come tomorrow, I still have one day left with me…!"

Geet was in her cabin. She glanced at the clock.

"I think the presentation is over. Maan might be in his cabin!"

She walked to Maan's cabin but stopped abruptly outside when she saw Maan very angrily talking on the phone.

"You had faked everything!!!!! Every single document!!!!!This deal is cancelled!!!!!"

Geet heard him say & the next moment he kept the phone down in a huff.

"I guess Preet is right, he musn't have heard anything…May be my voice was not loud enough as compared to the sound of heavy rain & also the thunder…."

She was about to retreat when Maan saw her by the door & called her.

"Geet! Mujhse mile bina hi jaa rahi ho?"

"Nahi Maan…aisi koi…koi baat nahi hai…"

"Why are you so tensed again?"

"Ma-an woh--"

Maan cupped her face.

"Geet, yesterday too you were worried about something & I know you don't want to hurt Dia. But we are not cheating her. She knows & even you know I have never loved her!"

"Maan thinks I had been telling him about Dia!!"

Geet was shocked. She wanted to clearly tell him the real reason behind her worry.

"Maan, a-actually baat yeh hai ki my--"

"Geet calm down!" he glanced at his watch & then again at her, "Rahul & I have an important presentation right now. The clients might have arrived. I need to rush!"

"Par Maan mein--"

"Geet don't be tensed, else I won't be able to concentrate on work. Okay?"

She nodded, half smiling. He left & uncertainty again began to loom over again…

"You were right Preet, par now I have to again gather courage & say everything to him all over again & that's really very difficult!"

Geet talked on phone while standing near the window of her cabin.

"So don't tell anything to Maan!"

Geet was stunned to hear her calm voice.

"Yeh tum kya keh rahi ho!!!???"

"You know what I mean, the certificates are not fake after all if you go to see….!"

There was a pause. Then Geet replied.

"That makes it even a bigger fraud, Preet…I have to tell him the truth before anyone else confronts him with it….!"

"So what?? let someone else tell Maan the truth, why you are so much bothered???!"

"Preet! Are you out of your mind???!!! Till now you were the one who used to say that no one should come to know about the certificates!!"

"Geet, if you tell him the truth, he will hate you & you don't want that, do you? Now, if someone else confronts him with the truth, at first he won't believe it , then he would delve into the facts & finally----you understand what I mean, right? "

Geet remained silent for a while

"It's a big risk Preet…It's better if I, myself go & reveal everything…."

The call ended….

Geet walked out of the cabin. She wondered why Preet was saying such things….Geet resolved to have no more confusions…

She was Maan & Rahul walking out of the conference room. Maan shook hands with the clients & Rahul went ahead to escort them out.

Maan saw her…Their eyes met…

"Geet, Maan has to know the truth…"

She was just about to take a step towards Maan when a voice from behind her made a chill run down her spine…

"Maan!"

He was stunned when he turned at the source of the voice…Geet was numb with shock…She turned behind & saw Dia standing at a distance behind her staring at Maan with twinkling eyes & smile on her face….

"Dia!!!!???? Par she was supposed to return tomorrow….."

Before Geet could react, she saw Dia running towards Maan & hugging him tightly…

Maan was stunned…Geet's heart was pierced ….& all the employees in the office where surprised & shocked when they saw Dia saying 'I love you Maan' to their Boss…

Sasha, Rahul & Pinky didn't know how to react….

"Toh iska matlab Dia was Maan Sir's to be fiance but their engagement couldn't happen!!!" Pinky gasped in disbelief.

"Itna sab kuch ho gaya & we didn't have even an inch of idea about all this!!!" exclaimed Rahul.

"And only Geet knew about Dia & Maan Sir!!!" added Sasha

Three of them looked at Geet. She was stoned to her seat.

"Yes." her voice was dry.

There was silence for a few minutes. All three of them were trying to come in terms with the situation…

Then Geet got up abruptly & looked ruefully at Sasha.

"Yes!!!!!!!! Only I knew the relation between our Boss & our landlady jab ki I came into the PG much after you!!!!!!! How come you did not know that Dia loves Maan Sir!! Where was your human psychology & face reading skills Sasha???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Pinky & Rahul were shocked at Geet's behavior. Sasha saw that Geet was jittery & broken….

Geet began to leave when Sasha called her from behind.

"Ek minute ruko Geet!"

Geet stopped but did not turn behind. Sasha walked up to her.

"I did not know because Dia is not at all in love!"

Geet was stunned at her confidence. Sasha continued

"I mean…Dia was definitely in love few months back when Pinky & I had joined KC & began to live in PG…but as days passed by…I felt Dia was no more in love with anyone…shayad Dia ko bhi nahi pata whether she loves Maan Sir or not!"

"I can't believe you!! Dia is mad behind Maan Sir, can't you see???!!!!!!"

"No I don't! as I only know you & Maan Sir love each other, "

Pinky & Rahul were wide-eyed hearing this. Geet left…..

Rahul narrated to Sasha & Pinky how Maan had almost suspended him because he had gone to a cafeteria with Geet & how Maan was hell worried when Geet had fainted in office…

Maan's cabin---

"Dia!!!! tumne mujhe sabke samne---Everyone one has come to know that---"

"that we both love each other?"

Maan didn't know how to answer that

"Dia---"

"I am tired of hiding everything. I want the whole world to know that I love you!"

She hugged him again.

"Mujhse shaadi kab karenge aap, Maan?Pata hai, I wanted to give you a surprise, that's why I came one day early!"

Maan was perplexed. He parted her from himself

"Dia, I have something very very important to say to you & you have to--"

"Maan, why don't we meet over lunch! I am preparing something special for you!"

"Dia this is---"

"Maan, I must go now, warna I won't be able to prepare lunch on time!"

"Dia, you have to listen to me!!! I--"

"Maan, I know what you are about to say! Don't be so eager to discuss marriage plans!"

Dia blushed & then left.

Maan banged the desk hard in frustration…

"Damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"You couldn't tell Dia, right?"

Maan was startled when he saw Geet enter the cabin.

"I knew that…"

Dia reached the parking area of KC when she remembered something…

"Where is my purse? I must have forgotten it in Maan's cabin! I will go & bring it…"

She headed inside the office….

Maan had pinned Geet to the wall….

"Geet, tumhe chinta karne ki koi zazurat nahi hai, mein Dia ko sab kuch bat dunga!"

"Aap Dia se kuch nahi kahenge…!"

"Kyun nahi!!?? Main tumse pyaar karta hoon & the more quicker Dia get to know this, it's better for her as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

His eyes intensely looked at her. She hugged him tight. She was feeling scared as if something wrong was about to happen…

"I love you Maan…."

"I love you too!"

….And Dia was a witness to all this…She saw Maan kissing Geet…Dia was stoned, she was paralyzed with shock…..

"Geet!!!!"

Her voice was fragile but was dangerous….

Maan & Geet were stunned to see Dia…She had seen them….Before Maan could say anything, Dia left…

"Maan! Mujhe Dia se baat karni hai, whatever has to be said, I will say, you won't say anything please!"

"But Geet--"

He tried to stop her but she was gone…!

Geet met Pinky & Sasha by the reception.

"I know you two are thinking all bad about me,but I don't care!!!!"

"Calm down Geet!! We know you are tensed!" said Pinky.

"Aur haan, we are not thinking wrong about you because you genuinely love Maan Sir, aur yeh mujhse jyada koi jaan hi nahi sakta! Recollect whatever I have said about Dia to you, I am sure you will handle everything!"

Geet left…

and now even dia is here..
