So a couple of days ago when I was on my Thanksgiving break, I watched one of the most amazing movies ever, The Vow. It was a movie I saw for the first time and it really deeply sincerely truly touched my heart (especially because its based on a true story).
I'm not someone who usually likes the idea of Bollywood movies copying ideas from Hollywood movies. Although it happens 95% of the time. But this is one movie that I want to see a re make but in a Bollywood version. And it should be just as good as the Hollywood version.

For those of you who don't know much about the story...It's about a couple who are married and happily in love. One day they meet with an accident and the wife loses all her memories post her High School days. So she remembers everything during high school and before, but forgets everything afterwards. That includes her marriage, her hubby, etc. Her husband tries his level best to bring back all the memories back. However, despite his efforts nothing works.
The couple that this story is based on are together right now somewhere in the world with 2 kids. They are happily married, but the wife never regained her memory! It's just so sad and touching.
I honestly would love to see a Bolly version of this. But whoever plays the two main leads but be fit for the role and must do justice to the role. I don't want anyone who won't be able to do justice to the role.
What do you all think about a remake of this movie? If you are for it, who would you like to see taking up these roles?
Actually I'm so inspired by this movie and story that I feel like starting a fan fiction. What say?
