How can that be possible? Arjun did not sleep with Purvi at least it was never shown. He doesn't even talk to Ovi properly. If anything maybe there will be a surrogacy thing or something. Maybe Ovi will never have a child and she will ask Purvi to pretend for her.

Dont think too hard..Everything is possible in EKTALAND..Always remember,logic and Ekta's shows dont go hand in hand..😉

Isn't Purvi the ideal daughter? And if they are both seven months pregnant then Arjun had physical relationship with both at the same time? HOW?
