I don't understand, just make him Anjali's love interest, she's now loner anyway and also they could show him as Arav's father who has come to take his child back. That way Arshi can start with their own family.

Since Barun is definitely leaving, then what is the point of having a new character?!

If we are looking at this JUST from the story's point of view, it would be much better if the character of Arnav remained - it wouldn't hinder the storyline and would make more sense.

If they do bring in a new character as Khushi's "love" interest, I can GUARANTEE the decision will prove unsuccessful but if they continue with the character of ASR, they would still have some viewers.

Obviously, the best would be if Barun took a break and came back but since that's not happening for sure now, I guess then the character of ASR is much more important.

They are in very bad position...Dono taraf khai hai...BARUN is out of the show means 80% of viewers are gone...😡
