Saharrr I am glad you chose to make a topic and that too on this particular scene.It really was so touching to see a different side to Asad behind all that toughness.I have always loved his scenes with his ammi which are mostly my favourites out of the lot.They share a very special bond and understanding that strikes a chord with you.But today for the first time,I saw his longing for his abbu even if it was for a split second.He will never admit to it,he will pose a strong front but he really does miss and long for his father.He really is just a lost child who had to grow up before his age.As you pointed out ,each and every member of the family has so much love for each other.But fate has brought them to a point that they cant set it right and reach out for each other, no matter how much they want to .How I wish all of them could get their happiness,if only it was that simple :(

:O tuneee topic banayaaa! AH dude I have to say from aaj ka episode this was one of my favorite scenes and what you wrote is so true! While Najma was narrating the past... Asad was quiet at the beginning and his silence spoke volumes and we could see the pain hidden underneath. Even though he gets angered by any mention of Rashid he still remembers the memories from the past but those have now become painful... Najma doesn't remember it because she was so small but Asad remembers clearly and he feels like hes been betrayed so the scene was perfect and the expressions and emotions were right on point and the lines you posted in the topic fit so well!

Ahhh so nice to see a topic from you Sahariii :) I agree with everything you said! Jee le zara is actually playing in the bg while i'm commenting 🤣 That gaana sums up asad's emotions so well :| on the exterior he seems so tough and kinda khadhoos but in this scene you see a different and more vulnerable side to him so this made me emotional :(

Its easy to misunderstand Asad because of his strong beliefs that not everyone agrees with, but in this scene with him and tamatar he seemed like a little kid again, remembering all of his childhood memories. He is always the one who has to stay strong and support his family but i loved seeing this softer side to his personality! He is pining for love :( his fathers love :(

Kyun hum jeeney se itne roothe hai - i agree this line is so perfect for their whole situation :| all of them are so caught up in all this! they all love each other but its like there's no way of everything going back to normal and especially for Rashid, he wants to fix things but he can't :( i LOVE qubool hai because of the way all these relationships are explored. You feel touched by all of them, it doesn't just center around a couple in love. Even the scene with nikhat and nuzat and ayaan talking about asad touched my heart. They're whole family is in such a mess.

But yeah LOVED this topic and you should makre more ^^ I like seeing your take on the epis :P
