I am beyond grateful that Asad is not portrayed as 4Lions typical aggressive, angry young man types! I am so done with those, and I like how Asad's characterization is different! He is mature and serious, but now the brutal, uncaring way and I think that has a lot to do with the fact that he loves his mother and never wants to let her down! And the best part is that this is not going to start off as the typical hate relationship that is a trademark of this PH. These two get on each others nerves but I don't see them hating each other! I think we're actually going to see their relationship bud into friendship and then something more as the story progresses!

As for the Asad-Zoya-Ayaan love triangle, I haven't seen any signs of it yet, so I can't really comment on it! I also haven't seen all of the promos so I was didn't know that Asad is supposed to get engaged to someone else either! Honestly though, they have laid quiet a foundation for Asad-Zoya and I do not know how the audience will take it when the story shifts a little to focus on the Ayaan-Zoya track. I personally am not able to see them together because Ayaan seems to be too young for her, and just imagine the immaturity level if these two get together 😆 At the end of the day, it's going to depend on the ratings because TRPs are coming back in a month and if the Ayaan-Zoya arc is not taken positively they will shift the relationship angle back to Asad-Zoya and I will totally be okay with that!

And on an aside, I really want them to focus on the Rashid-Dilshad story arc as well because I absolutely love those two!

Anyways, I just love QH so far.👏 I'm a little apprehensive about the Ayan angle like you are. I'm going to have faith though. This story couldn't be in better hands.
What I love about 4 Lions is that they understand pacing of a show. This was most clear in Geet. The whole episode between Dev and Geet was a prologue of sorts, and they got through that within 30 episodes. Even throughout the whole track, Maan was very much present. And it was continually being reinforced that he was the one for her.

Suffice to say, even if this show takes a track we're not crazy about, they're going to give us something to look forward too. And they'll speed through it. Because its one of those crazy tracks that's best executed in a fast paced way. The writers really know when to go slow and when to speed it the hell up. What I find annoying on some other shows is that the pacing stays the same throughout, with no regard to the current scene. In QH it's different. I mean, Zoya was introduced and moved into Asad's house almost in the space of a week.

The Ayan Zoya track is what has me mystified though. The two have barely interacted. I don't see Zoya marrying for anything other than love. Maybe her father's ID is revealed (Humera's father maybe), and when he asks her to marry into his house, she'll be unable to refuse.

Anyways, like you I'm a fan of Dilshad and Rashid. But honestly, Rashid gets on my nerves. Its just, Idk, he doesn't have much courage you know? Just weakness. My distaste for him as a man stops me from fully investing in their scenes. Dilshad is wonderful though. I love every one of her scenes. Especially when she's humoring her son's outdated views. Maybe throughout the course of the story she can reach a resolution on her marriage and finally move on.

Or maybe some big secret will be revealed and her and R can get back together. I doubt the last will happen though. I'm pretty sure that instead we'll have an affair of the heart. Followed by Ayan's betrayal of Zoya. And again R will be close-mouthed and let it happen. I really like the similarities between Zoya and Dilshad. Maybe that's when Dilshad will finally stop waiting for him. Because that's what she's doing.
