Hi everyone,
I have not been on IF in almost 2 years but finally, I couldn't resist coming back. The news of KSG's return to TV was a big temptation towards the Hindi serial world. So far, I can say, I have not been disappointed.
Yes, I admit, like a lot of KSG fans, I started watching QH because of him, but the fact that I am still glued to the show couldn't be KSG's presence alone.
There are few reasons why I am loving this show..
1. KSG- of course
2. The concept- Unfortunately, Islam and Islamic culture has lately been depicted in a very negative way on the media. Besides terrorism and religious fanaticism, writers and producers have stayed away from other themes that are central to the Islamic culture. I am not a muslim, and perhaps, that's why I am loving this concept as an outside observer into the world of our Muslim brothers in India. It's really fascinating for me to see how the relationships & life style have been depicted in this serial.
3. The storyline- Loving the pace of the story and the multiple layers that are being revealed gradually.
4. Characterization- So far, the writers have been very faithful in their depiction of the various characters. Whether it is Zoya's feistiness, Asad's seriousness, Dilshad's serenity, Ayan's childish behavior or Shirin's naivety- each character has been played very well by the lead actors.
5. Dialogues and language- I love the 'lehza' in which Urdu is spoken by the characters. Kudos to the dialogue writer for making the screenplay more engaging.
I sincerely hope that the writers and PH stays faithful to their story and concept that they have visualized. I hate to see them modifying the story based on TRPs or public demand.
Hope to continue posting on this forum
Take care y'all..
