I believe its Meera ...cuz she found out by tulsi that her 2 sons are getting along now and she cant bare that as she is a witch...soo she is trying to make them fight again by giving the 2 million dollars...thats mym guess

I agree with you. That was what I thought when I first found out. I think that she is trying to create more problems in the family. I think that it is a very good possiblity.
